The group welcomed 40 new graduates to the Rawasi Leaders program, a 12-month paid training program in which trainees rotate across the group’s sectors.
The program combines hands-on training with direct mentoring from leadership, plus a graduation project presented to the board.
More than 70% of previous graduates have joined the group’s teams permanently.
Rawasi Holding Group reported 18% growth in consolidated revenue in the third quarter compared with the same period last year, driven by strong performance in real estate development and renewable energy.
Rawasi Logistics opened a new 45,000 m² distribution center in 10th of Ramadan City, equipped with automated storage systems and smart inventory management.
