Requirements

• WordPress 6.5 or newer, PHP 7.4+ (8.x recommended).
• Elementor (free) — required. MS Sila Core — included with the theme.
• WooCommerce — only for the store demo (installed automatically).

Installation

1. Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload mscare.zip and activate.
2. You are taken to MS Sila: open the Plugins tab and click “Install & activate all”.
3. Activate your licence key under MS Sila → Licence — required on a live domain (localhost / .local / .test work without it). Updates then arrive automatically.

Importing a demo

1. MS Sila → Import demo, choose Arabic or English, then pick a demo.
2. Keep “Real free photos (Unsplash)” checked to download photos during import (falls back to placeholders when the server is offline).
3. “Remove previously imported demo content” deletes only demo content — never your own posts.

From the command line: wp mscare import store (add --placeholders to skip downloading photos).

Settings

MS Sila → Settings holds every theme option: Colours & identity, Header & menu, News ticker, Footer, Contact & social, Blog, Page titles, Services & content, General, Store, and Export / import.

Header & language switch

Choose the logo/menu layout, header colour and menu link style. The language button can use Polylang / WPML automatically, or a fixed link (for example to the English version of your site).

News ticker

Six positions (above the top bar, under the top bar, under the menu, below the header, fixed at the bottom, or none), four animations and colours. Place it anywhere with the Elementor widget, the “MS News ticker” sidebar widget or [ms_ticker mode="fade" style="dark"].

Store & WhatsApp ordering

Settings → Store & orders: cart only, WhatsApp only, or both, plus the WhatsApp message template with {product} and {price}.

Showcase site (Multisite)

On a Multisite network (sub-directories), network-activate the theme, Elementor and MS Sila Core, then open Network Admin → MS Sila Demos and click “Create & import all demos”. From SSH: wp mscare showcase --landing.
