Day one: Karnak Temple in the morning, Luxor Temple in the afternoon, and the sound and light show at night.
Day two: a hot-air balloon ride at sunrise, then the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut’s Temple on the West Bank.
Day three: a felucca ride on the Nile, and a visit to the Luxor Museum and Luxor’s tourist market.
The trip starts before sunrise, with pickup from the resort at around 4:30 AM.
The best season is October to April, when the weather is mild.
